ANNUAL SOTV CAR WASH FUNDRAISER

The Annual SOTV Car Wash to benefit our Band programs will be on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Food City, 9565 Middlebrook Pike! Get a ticket from any band member after July 16 or buy them at the event.    

We want to like to thank Food City for their continued support in providing the location and water to help us with this fundraiser for the past few years!  AND we thank the community and others who bought tickets and who donated money without buying a car wash!  WE APPRECIATE YOU! See you again on July 25!

2nd ANNUAL MATTRESS SALE - FEBRUARY 23rd, 2019

Mattress Fundraiser
When: Saturday, February 23rd, 2019
Time:  10am – 5pm
Where:  Hardin Valley Academy, Knoxville, TN

 
Proceeds from our Mattress Fundraiser will benefit our Concert Bands.  Join us on Feb 23rd to  purchase your new mattress or mattresses!

Jeep Cherokee Raffle 

The Hardin Valley Academy Bands' primary fundraiser for the 2018 year will help purchase a trailer to transport our equipment to all performances that are not at the Hardin Valley Academy Campus.

We were offering a raffle for the chance to win a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. 
​The number of tickets purchased were not sufficient to award the vehicle so the Raffle will transition to a Cash Raffle. The Cash Proceeds will be split with the Winner of the Raffle.  Tickets will be sold up to and during the last home football game of the 2018 season.  The drawing will be held on October 19th, 2018 after the game and the Winner will be notified.  Winner does not need to be present to win.  

Winner is responsible for all taxes.   There may be additional income tax requirements involved, please review relevant info at the IRS.gov website or discuss with your professional tax advisor. 

Exclusions:  Hardin Valley Academy Band Directors and the Band Parent Association Board members as well as any of family members in their households are excluded from participating in this raffle.  Those under the age of 18 years are not eligible to purchase a raffle ticket nor can they sell raffle tickets. 

Winner must be at least 18 years or older - no exceptions.
